This Privacy Policy explains what we collect when you visit virsawood.com or place an order, why we collect it, how we protect it and the choices you have. We collect only what we need to serve you, and we never sell or rent your information to anyone.

2. Information we collect

Depending on how you use the Website, we may collect:

• Contact and delivery details — your name, phone number, email address, city and delivery address — when you place an order, request a quote or contact us.
• Order information — the products you buy, prices, order number, delivery status and any communication about your order.
• Payment information — we currently accept Cash on Delivery, so we do not collect or store card numbers. If online card payment is introduced, card details will be handled directly by a PCI-compliant payment provider and never stored on our servers.
• Enquiries and custom-project details — measurements, photos, drawings or preferences you share with us for bespoke furniture, kitchens or interiors.
• Shopping activity — items in your cart or wishlist and pages you view, so the site works smoothly and remembers your selections.
• Technical data — IP address, approximate location, browser type, device, operating system, referring site and the date and time of your visit, collected automatically by our servers and analytics tools.

• Delivery and logistics partners — your name, phone number and address so your furniture can reach you.
• Service providers — hosting, analytics, email and messaging tools that operate the Website on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.
• Legal and regulatory authorities — where required by law, court order or to protect the rights, property or safety of Virsa Wood, our customers or others.
• A successor business — if Virsa Wood is ever merged with or acquired by another company, customer records may transfer as part of that business, under the same protections.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to third parties for their own marketing.

5. WhatsApp and social media

Many of our customers reach us on WhatsApp (+92 311 5254868), Facebook or Instagram. Messages you send us there are governed by those platforms' own privacy policies as well as this one. We use those conversations only to help with your enquiry or order, and we will not add you to any broadcast list without your consent.

6. Cookies

Cookies are small files stored in your browser. We use:
